Charis also advises and attends to a large number of commercial, civil and criminal related matters, including Banking, Civil and Commercial disputes arising out of bankruptcy and insolvency, commercial contracts.

Whilst his practice is generally disputes oriented, he also regularly advises on non-contentious corporate, logistics, commercial contracts and regulatory issues. He also act and provide expert opinions in foreign commercial proceedings in respect of Greek Law while he is also deeply involved in bankruptcy proceedings, private debt management and all procedures of the Solvency Register.

In addition, Charis has extensive experience of handling criminal proceedings involving corporate fraud, and has represented banks in respect of various finance disputes related to Letters of Credit and fraud in documentary credit transactions.
