Athina is a dedicated Lawyer before the Supreme Court, with more than 25 years of massive experience in Commercial, Civil & Criminal Litigation. <br> She holds a Master of Laws in Private International and European Community Law from the Law School of National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and she holds degree of professional training from the Postgraduate Annual Tax Law Seminar from Athens University of Economics and Business. She graduated from the Law School of the National Kapodistrian University and she is Member of the Board of Directors in Piraeus Law Bar Association since 2017. <br> She speaks English , French, minor German, and native Greek.

Athina has extensive knowledge and practice in the fields of Real Estate, Civil, Labor, Family, Commercial, and Corporate Law, which she has practiced widely in her own Law Firm, Athina Stamelaki & Associates, for more than 25 years.
She has specific expertise in Banking, Corporate, and Commercial Law, having served as Legal Counsel for ALPHA Bank for 15 years (from 2000 to 2014). In this role, she provided specialized legal advice on property law, civil and commercial litigation, and corporate & commercial contracts. As a Disputes and Advisory lawyer, she advises a range of clients, including domestic and international Legal Entities, Associations, Unions, and Corporations.
